Return Policy

Wheels are not light as a feather and are not cheap to ship. We want to help you avoid problems as much as possible. Wheels are not returnable just because you tried it once and couldn't do it or changed your mind once it got there. This is a serious purchase that requires serious thought. Returns are only accepted in unopened boxes due to the difficulties of repackaging. If you try to reship an opened box and the wheel arrives at the factory damaged, you will be responsible for any repairs. If you decide to return a wheel, you will pay a factory restocking fee of 20% plus our original shipping costs to you and shipping costs back to the factory.  No returns will be accepted at the factory without our authorization.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. 

All orders are processed through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. Your personal payment information is never revealed to us. This sight is completely safe and secure.
